I just love the service I have always received at Tri-Lakes Collision. The staff there is very friendly. From the start of getting my estimate from Jorge Visoso to the finish was handled very professionally. I love the flexibility I was offered. My dog chewed up my back seat seatbelts. I ordered my own seatbelts to save money and they installed them for me. It would have cost three times as much at a dealership. I highly recommend this company!

My wife backed our new 3/4-ton truck into our fifth wheel hitch. Ouch! Jorge Visoso did a full insurance estimate to restore the truck back to new. Incredible workand dedication to customer satisfaction! Then I backed our truck into the trailer hitch. More ouch! Again Tri Lakes did incredible work in very short order and for reasonable cost. I can not say enough good things about Jorge and the Tri Lakes staff and expert auto body technicians. Thanks Guys!

Our insurance company wanted us to use a different body shop but my husband had worked with Tri-Lakes Collision before so wanted to stick with them and I’m so glad we did. My car had severe damage. Probably the best experience I’ve had with an auto repair shop ever. Price was very fair. Quick service, and great communication. I couldn’t be happier with Tri Lakes, and would recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area.
Edit: I’ve had some more work done recently on an old truck. I was worried about not being able to get the job done on my own, as there is some rust buildup on these parts. Once again, they did not disappoint. Very fair pricing. Great communication and willing to help however possible. Shout out to Paul and the rest of the team. You are the best around without question.

The folks at TriLakes Collision did a super job. They were very thourough and took care with all the details. More than that, the staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I got stuck at nightfall on a small icy road where my car couldn't get up the hill. A good samaritan with a truck tried to help me, and inadvertently caused damage to my car. After doing research online, I called Tri-Lakes Collision & Service. The lady I spoke with at the front desk was super nice and I decided to have my car towed there. When I arrived, I met with Jorge who explained the damage, what needed to be done for repair, provided me with an estimate, discussed the insurance claim process, and overall was just super nice to work with. I honestly felt better about my situation after meeting with Jorge, and I knew that my car was in good hands. My car was fixed like new, and I just want to express my sincere thanks to everyone at Tri-Lakes Collision!

Just recently took my husband truck to them for hail damage repair. They were absolutely amazing! The work done to the truck was superb and they made it beautiful again. They fought for us with our insurance and we truly appreciate them going to bat for us.

I first got a hold of Tri Lakes Collision after having ran over a trash bag of lawn clippings (including a huge log!) On the middle of the freeway.
I'm not native to Colorado (but I got here as fast as I could!) And I'm the person in the friend group who could teach you all about musical Theater, healthcare, and video games. What I can't tell you about is cars. My intelligence with cars is nil. Which can make it very intimidating to find help especially in a new state 1,000 miles away from family and friends.
Well let me tell you all my fears were gone after speaking with Gina, the firecracker who runs the front desk. She is so damn nice and has such an awesome personality. She took care of me from the moment I walked in the first time to the moment I left with a fixed vehicle.
And that vehicle was left in the more than capable hands of Mr. Jorge. Jorge is a master of communication and updates. Letting me know what was going on every step of the way.
Ya know ever since 2020 I've noticed a general lethargy among people in the service industry. It seems we are all scraping by doing the bare minimum. We'll imagine my surprise when Jorge didn't just do his job but he went above and beyond. I am so grateful to find that the small town friendliness, courtesy, respect, and hard working attitudes I grew up with are still able to be found and Tri lakes Collision.

After getting rear ended and the jerk drove off, we asked around and Tri-Lakes was highly recommended by several trusted friends. We went out of our way to get the work done here and we’re glad we did.
James and his team are incredible. Loved the ladies at the front desk!
